SHIPPING & DELIVERY

•  The current processing time for Standard Shipping orders is 5-10 working days.
• The current processing time for Express Shipping orders is 1-5 working days. Please contact us prior to placing an Express order to discuss your requirements, we will always do our best to get urgent orders to you on time.
• Standard Delivery is 1-5 working days
•  Express Delivery is 1-2 working days
• All packages are tracked - you will be sent the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours.
• All orders sent outside the UK may incur delays pending on Customs. 
• Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
• Please note: Delivery Times commence once the order has been dispatched from our facilities and you’ve received an email of fulfilment.

PRE ORDERS

• Please note: That all pre-ordered items are on an estimated date for dispatch, and this may from time-to-time be changed.
• If you order in-stock items with your pre-order items, your order will be delayed for dispatch to the same date as your pre-ordered items.   
• Please note: That these delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. 
• Pre orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
• All pre order sales are final.

RETURNS

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Oceanus Swim purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund.

• All products must have all tags attached and any hygiene seals still attached.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• All sales items are final - This includes flash sales.
• Sale items may not be returned.
• Any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost.
• We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
• Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.
• Please obtain proof of postage with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office.  Apologies, we cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process exchanges, please process a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the new items you wish to receive.

Our sizing advice is a guideline only. All products are handmade made to order.
